Urgent Hiring! Sales Representative (On-site)

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Representative or with related experience to join our team. This role requires a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, particularly within the BPO industry, and experience in selling financial products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the confidence to engage with potential clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads to build a pipeline of potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients in the BPO industry.
• Present, promote, and sell financial products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Handle objections and negotiate deals to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales within the BPO industry.
• Customer support experience may be accepted as long as willing to shift to sales.
• Ability to work onsite in Cebu City.
• Excellent communication skills with a flair for persuasion.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based position.
• Comfortable with technology and using various software and databases.
