Responsibilities
- Validates endorsements of members’ application forms (Individual and Family Account) considered as Medical accounts.
- Validates enrollees endorsement/s from Corporate Accounts. Coordinate with interdependencies for any pending requirements / disapproved enrollees and monitor compliance.
- Process, encodes and uploads membership details of approved enrollees to the system
- Collates data, prepares and submits Quality Assurance report on processed enrollment, cancellation, correction of member’s details, and membership movements.
- Logs all endorsements received and identies those processed and unprocessed transactions.
- Collates data and prepares a report or tabulation as to status of all processed members, including as well all pending and disapproved enrollees. Informs Sales, Accounts, Agents, and Brokers.
- BS in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Proven numeracy and statistical skills
- Proven insurance underwriting experience
