We have a great opportunity for an experienced Fire Protection Drafter to join our Building Services group.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead the fire protection modeling efforts for the UAE team, ensuring the highest quality outcomes by coordinating closely with other disciplines
- Delivering integrated project deliverables in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
- Coordinating designs with Building Services, Architecture and other engineering disciplines.
- Coordination and collaboration utilizing the Federated Model in the following platforms: Autodesk Navisworks, BIM360 Model Coordination, Bluebeam, BIM Track.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience using Autodesk Revit.
- Intermediate/ Advanced skills in Navisworks and associated coordination packages.
- Ability to work independently, delivering accurate Revit models, Fire protection details and coordinated drawings.
- 5 to 7 years' experience within Buildings type of projects
- An ability to coordinate & manage your own workload, project deliverables and deadlines
- A strong communicator and able to build positive working relationships
