What your typical day will look like:

As the Business Design Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end development of digital products within DigitX, Dentsu Creative PH's technology and innovation engine. You will guide a multidisciplinary team through the entire product development process, from scoping and production to quality assurance, launch, and ongoing maintenance. Through collaboration and ideation with your team, you will propose business transformation solutions for clients that ensure the desirability, viability, and feasibility of these projects.

Core responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a team of UX Researchers, UX Designers, Writers, and Developers through all stages of product development, from concept to launch.
• Proposing innovative business transformation solutions for clients, ensuring these projects meet business goals while maintaining user-centric design principles.
• Managing client and team requirements, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards across various digital products.
• Overseeing projects such as website and microsite development, UX research and strategy, chatbot development, AR filters, CRM programs, and promo systems.

• You are highly skilled in business transformation, leveraging technology to meet both client needs and market demands.
• You have a strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to ensure high-quality execution throughout the product lifecycle.
