Are you passionate about creating intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences that make technology feel effortless? InspireX is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing Solutions & Delivery team. This is a hands-on role focused on design execution — turning ideas into high-fidelity mockups, refining user flows, and collaborating with engineers and product stakeholders to keep the end user at the heart of everything we build.

You’ll work across multiple projects, helping shape the user experience of innovative products in the Audio Visual (AV) industry and beyond.

The Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our product experiences to life. You’ll focus on execution and delivery, crafting clean, consistent, and modern user interfaces that align with user journeys and project goals.

You’ll be the advocate for usability and design thinking within agile teams — collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure every release looks and feels right for its users.

What You'll Do

• Translate concepts, user stories, and technical requirements into high-fidelity designs and prototypes
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that communicate flow and intent
• Create, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability
• Leverage emerging AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality in UX workflows
• Collaborate with engineers during development to ensure accurate design implementation
• Participate in agile sprint cycles, contributing to design reviews, refinements, and iteration planning
• Work across multiple concurrent projects, balancing attention to detail with delivery timelines
• Conduct user experience reviews and gather feedback to guide continuous improvement
• Support UX research activities such as usability testing or stakeholder interviews when needed
• Champion accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align design decisions with business and user goals
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
• Proven ability to translate concepts into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
• Understanding of user-centred design, interaction design principles, and responsive design
• Experience working within agile teams and iterative design workflows
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and colour
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI development
• Bonus: Experience in AV, embedded systems, or other hardware-integrated interfaces
• A collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and focused on creating great user experiences
