Responsibility Statements

• Conducts training classes for employees on the features and operation of products, client tools and processes.
• Works with subject matter experts to validate content is current.
• Prepares training resources and materials for classes.
• Collects feedback from trainees.
• Participates in "train the trainers" sessions, to be prepared to deliver content.
• Produces and distributes training reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
