- Acts as the primary point of contact for supply and logistics needs and services for assigned client accounts and manage expectations relating to it
- Partners with customer and S&CD counterpart to adhere to quality order standards and protocols considering changes to item master data relevant to monthly product initiatives
- Observes prescribed guidelines and timelines - regular orders, New Product Development Fulfillment, Phase In Phase Out of items initiatives, allocation, Vat Exempt Drugs Monitoring and Implementation etc., to meet business objectives for the assigned account/customer team and division/business unit/area business unit
- Leads internal teams of S&CD, credit, supply, warehouse, order management, credit and freight forwarders to meet perfect order performance
- Enables area business unit on its supply and logistics requirement within allowed capability
- Reviews supply status of account and implement corrective and preventive fulfilment plans to recover supply gaps experienced by the customer and division assigned to create supply chain value
- Facilitates completion of step by step logistics reverse logistics activities that will ensure seamless flow of returned goods from customer to designated disposal facility/treatment site and where relevant, application of credit memos
- Automates existing traditional and non-digital order and return business processes and services, based on prescribed solutions to meet with the evolving trends, conditions and customer expectations, thus completely digitizing the way business processes are managed and operated
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate
- With strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- With understanding or willing to learn about shipping and order fulfilment
- Possesses pro-active mindset to anticipate and resolve logistics issues
- Must be a team player to lead collaboration activities with sales, credit, warehouse and forwarders
