We are currently looking for Chemist. As a Chemist, you will have the chance to work closely with project teams to plan, implement, review, and validate environmental analytical testing. Working with other chemists, you’ll support multi-discipline teams of clients and consulting staff in developing environmental solutions.

We are currently looking for Chemist. As a Chemist, you will have the chance to work closely with project teams to plan, implement, review, and validate environmental analytical testing. Working with other chemists, you’ll support multi-discipline teams of clients and consulting staff in developing environmental solutions.
You will
- Support the development of Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs), Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAPs), work instructions, laboratory statements of work
- Support project teams in the coordination of laboratory services, tracking laboratory data, and reviewing final reports
- Perform validation of analytical data for compliance with data quality objectives
- Work closely with project chemists and project teams to provide integrated solutions for clients.
- Develop internal relationships to support the overall growth and success of the Chemistry practice.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in Chemistry (preferred) or Environmental Science or related field
- Experience with performing data validation and completing data quality evaluation reports
- Understand USEPA Superfund CLP National Function Guidelines (NFGs) for Data Review
- Understand ASTM, APHA/AWWA/WEF Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, USEPA methods,USEPA SW-846 methods
- Experience tracking samples from the field through the laboratory to reporting, validation, and project closeout
- Ability to develop Quality Assurance Project Plans and Sampling and Analysis Plans, laboratory scope and validation scope of work
- Proficiency in technical writing, Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
- Experience as a Laboratory Quality Assurance Officer, Technical Director, or Laboratory Project Manager
- Experience with environmental databases including EarthSoft EQuIS and/or ESDat
- Experience (or in depth knowledge) of multi-media field sampling techniques and field analytical instrumentation
