About the Role:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and operational excellence within your assigned sub-region in Greater Manila. This role combines leadership and execution—overseeing a team of Sales Managers while directly engaging with key used car dealers to build strong, lasting relationships. You will ensure localized alignment with company-wide sales strategies, deliver consistent results across your territory, and contribute to OneLot’s overall growth through hands-on leadership, data-driven decision-making, and effective team development.
What you will do:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Managers within your assigned territory, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and high performance.
- Run regular territory meetings to align priorities with company-wide objectives and maintain strong coordination across teams.
- Drive territory growth by ensuring consistent contributions to overall sales targets and sustained dealer engagement.
- Implement company-wide initiatives effectively across the field sales teams, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of Sales Managers, providing constructive feedback, regular coaching, and performance assessments for upper management.
- Engage directly with key clients by personally building and nurturing strong relationships with top dealers, fleet partners, and business accounts—balancing leadership with hands-on involvement.
- Oversee territory operations to ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Manage training and development of Sales Managers, including onboarding, field shadowing, and continuous professional growth.
- Identify market opportunities by analyzing trends, competitor activities, and dealer insights, adjusting strategies to stay ahead.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to support sales programs and strengthen OneLot’s market presence.
What we will need:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years leading a team and managing sales operations within a specific territory.
- Proven experience leading sales teams through all stages of the sales funnel, with strong capability in managing multiple Sales Managers handling their own funnels.
- Strong grasp of processes and expertise in training and onboarding new team members.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activity, incorporating feedback from direct reports to provide strategic insights to upper management.
- Proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting, and MS Office/Google Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for field visits and client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
