Your Role:

As a Technical Support (Senior) You Will

  • Be able to support end-users with issues and provide a solution.
  • Providing level one technical support for machine-related issues.
  • Assisting end-users with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Handling inquiries related to machine operation, maintenance, and warranties.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • 3+ years experience in troubleshooting Colour and Mono Multifunction and laser printers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Electrical/electronics certificate or equivalent (preferred but not required)
