About The Role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a passionate Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our HEALTHCARE account. This is a full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective technical support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritised.

Handling inbound customer calls and providing resolution to technical issues and inquiries
Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical problems related to our healthcare products and services
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all support activities
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate subject matter experts when necessary
Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Adhering to established customer service protocols and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes

This is a full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective technical support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritised.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer calls and providing resolution to technical issues and inquiries
Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical problems related to our healthcare products and services

Escalating complex issues to the appropriate subject matter experts when necessary

Adhering to established customer service protocols and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years in BPO with technical support or customer service experience (B2B experience is a plus)
- At least 6 months experience in technical support or client account management.
- Experience of troubleshooting hardware, software, network issues, or SaaS products
- High technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex issues across various platforms
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Quick comprehension of new technical concepts and updates
- Clear verbal and written communication, explaining complex concepts simply
- Calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to resolving issues
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Willing to render overtime if needed.
- Willing to work in-center.
