Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults and resolving network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Able to multi-task; Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Performing other tasks as required by the client
• Regularly aiming to improve the quality of customer interactions
• Being a team player; having fun and working with a team to hit client targets
Requirement and Qualifications:
• 1 – 2 years Technical Support experience
• Tech Savvy; Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting
• With strong attention to details
• Good communication skills (English conversant)
• Amenable to work on an onsite shifting schedule
• At least high school graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High school graduate
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as long as with prior technical support experience
