Qualifications & experience

  • Education: Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Experience: At least one year work experience
  • Special Skills: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Zoom, Google Applications; Proficiency with office applications, and, aptitude for learning new software and systems; Detail-oriented; Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the department assigned, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining files and records
  • Maintain records such as but not limited to clients’ database, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Communicate with other departments within the organization as needed to ensure that projects are on track and deadlines are met
  • Other tasks that may be so assigned within the area of the Administrative function
