Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and assessing the performance of IT systems and software.
• Managing incoming IT support requests from clients and staff through calls.
• Prioritizing and triaging IT issues, escalating urgent matters to the appropriate technical teams.
• Preventing service disruptions by conducting system installations, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Creating clear, easy-to-understand training materials and FAQ guides for customers and staff.
• Documenting support interactions, procedures, and maintaining detailed records within the service desk platform.
• Providing recommendations to improve IT performance and minimize the risk of future issues.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure all IT-related needs are addressed.
• Staying informed on the latest IT trends and technological advancements to better assist users.
  
  Qualifications
• High School Graduate with at least 18 months of TSR / IT Service Desk experience
• Has experience with ServiceNow and Active Directory
• FRESH GRADUATES and NO TSR EXPERIENCE will be reprofiled to CSR POSITION.
• Good communications skills (VOICE ACCOUNT)
• Amenable to START ASAP
• Amenable to WORK ONSITE in Eton Centris, QC.
