Your Responsibilities
Product Application
- Lead for product application / prototyping
- Monitor projects / prototyping requests and conduct laboratory trials
- Generate and maintain project briefs, formulations and application related documentation
- Maintain laboratory equipment with preventive maintenance and keep calibration up to date
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness
- Generate product presentations
- Recommend products for customer and sales inquiries
- Assist in training sales personnel on product knowledge and applications
- Assist in sales projects, open houses, customer visits
- Coordinate with principal suppliers for technical inquiries and transactions
- Monitor sample inventory and sample distribution
- Monitor purchase request for the department / team
- Assist in regulatory document review such as but not limited to application for certificates, licenses, and permits
- Furnish technical documents such as but not limited to product specifications, safety data sheets, statements, and certificates for internal and external requests
- Keep document sharepoint up to date
- Review processes and suggest improvements to written procedures
- Assist Technical Manager in technical related tasks as necessary
- Product application or research and development experience
- Has good attention to detail
- Ability to assess and recognize appropriate needs for project requests
- Good documentation and document management skills
- Ability to develop new processes or improvements to existing processes
- Has good written and verbal skills to communicate Technical processes
