Job Description

• Possesses specialized knowledge and a track record in business growth and scaling
• Capable and skilled at showcasing and demonstrating 3M Cleaning Workplace Safety Solutions
• Engage key influencers in the Food Service, Food Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality Market
• Build/develop contact network and cultivate relationships amongst key influencers: Brand Owners, Property and Building Managers Team of Key accounts (Banks, Fast Food Chain, Healthcare, Hospitality, Government agency)
• Initial metric can be # of contacts and accounts established and later interaction frequencies: round table discussions, seminars, workshops and Product demonstrations
• Longer term metric will be project hopper and value
• Adapt and relay key messages and benefits of the 3M Cleaning and Workplace System Solution to key influencers and Janitorial Services
• Develop and manage customer network, manage and resolve conflict may be needed
• Provides field feedback of competitive activities and information
• Commercially astute and able to drive business performance
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Understands and possesses the ability to sell value instead of price
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player, ability to work with multiple parties to develop win-win resolution
• Ability to work in an environment which requires flexibility and adaptability
• Would require 50% of the time travel to Visayas and Mindanao area
• Experience in similar industry. Relevant experience would be:
• Food Service Industry (Jollibee, KFC, Mcdonalds, 7-11, Ministop, Mang Inasal, Alfamart )
• Hospitality Industry (Shangri-La, Hyatt, Okada and other 3-5 star hotels
• Janitorial Services provider
• Oil and Gas (Petron, Shell, Filoil and Caltex )
• Retail and Commercial Industry (Ayala Land, SM Development Corp and Robinsons Land)
