We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Trading Operations.

In this role, you will:

• Ensures all work items are prioritised effectively, reducing the risk of missing cut off times.
• Provides day to day Leadership and oversight of the team.
• Ensures that Operational Losses are kept to minimum levels.
• Handles escalations and independently owns them.
• Provides timely & accurate responses to any inquiries raised by internal or external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a positive approach to the change process, training and development

• Liaise effectively with both internal and external parties; demonstrate an awareness of the ‘end client’
• Provides quality customer service and ensures achievement of KPIs and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• With knowledge and extesive experience in FXMM, Collateral Management and Settlements processing , structured products and investment industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of Treasury market practises for Foreign Exchange.
• Understanding of settlement processes and movement of client / Bank funds and familiarity to Avaloq is preferred.
• University graduate/degree holder.
• Knowledge of use of Microsoft Excel.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
