As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline, passing qualified leads to Sales Representatives.
- Execute outbound campaigns through personalized outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, and digital touchpoints) to engage decision-makers in advertising, marketing, and media industries.
- Research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to build accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting approaches.
- Manage campaign activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and actionable reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed about the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience generating leads for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong listening ability
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Background in sales training, pre-call planning, or consultative selling
