Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the project team as needed.
- Document Management: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of project documentation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and performance indicators.
- Technical Reporting: Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and other project deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and standards.
- Site Support: Conduct site visits and inspections as required to assess project progress and identify potential issues.
- Problem Solving: Support the project team in identifying and resolving technical challenges and obstacles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical), Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector.
- Experience in coal-fired or biomass power plant operations is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
