Job Description
- Coordinate all organization’s operations.
- You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and
- profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
- Knows how to effectively coach for improvement
- Can Use Both Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Amenable to presenting and discussing results daily, weekly, and monthly with
- the managers and clients.
- Amenable to work on night shift schedule
- At least 1 year of experience as an Operations Team Leader or Supervisor in a BPO setting is preferred
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, & Collections is preferred
- Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred
- Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
