Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring systems, define and enforce policies, and ensure accurate cost tracking and data integrity. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring systems, define and enforce policies, and ensure accurate cost tracking and data integrity. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
• Lead and organize training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge. Foster collaboration and communication among team members to improve operational processes and strengthen team capabilities.
• Prepares Deeds of Assignment (DOA), memo applications, Site licenses, and TowerCo trackers. Ensure that all documentation and processes are managed efficiently to support smooth and effective operations.
• Support TowerCo process improvement initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of effective processes.
• Prepare Deed of Assignments, Memo App, and Site License for all programs and ensure submission within the agreed SLA
• Create trackers, and dashboards as required
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support alignment with organizational goals, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide data analysis, trends, and insights on the Memo App and Site Licensing outcomes to aid decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Utilize data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Track and evaluate cost implications of the Memo App and Site Licensing processes to support budgeting and cost management.
• Offer financial insights to assist in budgeting and cost management.
• Assist in the development and delivery of TowerCo-related training and workshops.
  
  
  

Hiring Requirements

• Must have a background in Telco Industry with some Finance or Technical background is also preferred.
• Worked with TowerCos and other common infra players
