Creative Artworker

Purpose of this Job

As a Creative artworker reporting to the Team Lead, you will be joining the dedicated team based remotely, working in a fast-paced and ever-growing studio for a FMCG Company.

You will have strong experience in producing high-quality artwork for integrated internal and external marketing campaigns, covering all areas of print and digital executions. You will need to be able to hit the ground running, working closely with the creative team to manage and consistently deliver accurate output for every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete development of specific projects, from concept through design to creating media-ready artwork across multiple channels
• Supporting high-volume, accurate artwork creation, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
• Championing brand guidelines and ensuring best-in-class creative is output in each channel or touch point
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages from design to artwork, keeping to deadlines
• Liaising with the client services team, internal studio team, and external vendors for artwork checks
• Develop creative solutions to meet the client’s needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy, working with HH account teams and client marketing teams
  
  

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, PowerPoint and Word. Animation experience is desirable
• Proven track record of creative artworking and large campaign adaptation with high volumes
• Experience in retail preferred
• Excellent creative and technical skills in print & digital design, strong attention to detail essential.
• Experienced in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check.
• Easy-going, able to multi-task, deal with multiple rounds of: edits, amends, scrapping things, and starting over.
• Flexible and can adapt to quickly changing priorities and tasks.
• Open to constructive criticism and can maintain a great attitude under pressure.
• Able to quickly pick-up a client’s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency while creating innovative and strategic designs.
• Highly organised with an internal drive to continuously improve and learn new skills.
• Ability to excel within fast-paced, high energy environments.
