What You'll Do
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Conduct market research to improve recruitment strategies
Track recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes
Implement employer branding initiatives to attract talent
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
