Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the sourcing team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing targets.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to improve sourcing quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, prioritize requisitions, and align sourcing efforts.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, networks, and databases) to identify and attract qualified talent.

Ensure consistent candidate engagement through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Track and analyze sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-source, conversion rates) to drive continuous improvement.

Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support recruitment strategy and decision-making.

Maintain ATS and recruitment reports to ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.

Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment marketing activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and equal employment opportunity standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Strong background in sourcing strategies, including passive talent engagement and Boolean search techniques.

Proven experience managing a high-performing sourcing team in a fast-paced environment (BPO, shared services, or corporate).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance.

Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
