Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support administrative functions within our financial services operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope

Data entry, maintain client / policy records and documentation

Prepare and dispatch documents: cover notes, letters, receipts, renewal notices

Handle general office duties: calls, emails, printing, filing, couriers, arranging meetings

Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Experience in financial services / insurance is a plus
