Job Description:
The Support Staff plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the group’s initiatives and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include: Assist in the implementation of projects and process improvements by helping document workflows, updating procedures, and coordinating with concerned teams. Support team activities that encourage collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement by helping organize brainstorming sessions, team meetings, or communication drives. Prepare basic reports and summaries using available data to support analysis of group performance, trends, or areas that need attention. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time to support the group’s operational and strategic needs.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of retail lending operations, project management, and/or process improvement
- Good people management and interpersonal skills, strong in oral and written communication, process-oriented, and high proficiency in either MS Office, Lotus Notes Design, or any database/application building software.
- Organizational Skills, Analytical Thinking, Communication Skills, Team Collaboration, with keen attention to details.
- With at least two years’ experience in administrative support, financial operations, project management, or information technology from the banking, finance, or service sector.
- College graduate of any business or computer related course and residing within Makati or nearby areas.
