IT Audit Management

1. Develops the annual IT audit plans and activities to outline the systems that need to be audited.

2. Identifies IT-related risks that could impact the business operations, data security, and compliance.

3. Evaluates the bank's IT infrastructure, data, and operations. Provides valuable insights to improve IT governance and risk management practices.

4. Assesses the bank's data security measures, including access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection to protect against data breaches and cyberattacks.

5. Supports the design and implementation of IT systems and applications to ensure they meet security and compliance standards.

6. Keeps abreast of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to ensure the audit functions remain relevant and effective.

Risk Assessment and Reporting

1. Conducts risk assessments of the organizations IT infrastructure, applications, and data to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

2. Prepares a comprehensive audit report detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans to address any identified issues.

3. Monitors the implementation of audit recommendations and verifies the corrective actions taken.

Management Leadership

1. Recommends plans, programs, budget, and performance targets of the department.

2. Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities in the department to reach maximum level of employee productivity throughout the workforce.

3. Provides upfront leadership in supervising all direct and indirect reports and planning for their career advancement and aspirations.

4. Supervises and evaluates the performance of all direct reports.

5. Approves/schedules all vacation leaves of all direct reports.

Others

1. Facilitates general and emergency meetings regarding critical audit findings.

2. Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs, and other professional development work.

3. Makes recommendations on matters pertinent to business operations and other related activities.

4. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification

Education: Graduate of Accountancy, Information technology or a business-related course. CPA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Experience: At least five (5) years of work experience in IS audit operations
