Position Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Marketing Operations Lead supports the Asia Marketing organization on an administrative level, focusing on efficient tracking of budget, logistical and marketing procurement concerns and leads management.
  • This role closely works with various marketing functions such as events (for spend), field marketing (for budget and leads), supply chain and finance (for logistics, payments and payment processing), and brand team (for internal marketing communication).
  • This role requires familiarity of management of budget, leads management, supply chain and vendor management.
  • The Marketing Operations Lead shall ensure alignment of budget with actual spend, forecasts, accruals and other finance related concerns.
  • This role is expected to enable visibility of fixed and variable

Responsibilities

  • Budget Tracking: Update regional marketing budget in the IMP platform, ensure timely entry of spend information and provide monthly accruals and forecasts.
  • Marketing Supplier and Vendor Management: Supervise the management of marketing suppliers and vendors, oversee payment processes in compliance with supply chain and finance guidelines.
  • Marketing Logistics Management: Provide logistics support (e.g. shipping of goods, purchasing of marketing materials) to marketing functions (i.e. events and field) in the implementation of marketing activities.
  • Leads and Contacts Management: Collaborate with the telemarketing and field teams in ensuring proper workflow in utilizing Oracle Salescloud in leads management.
  • Internal Communication: Spearhead initiatives to ensure timely updates of marketing calendars and activities available to internal teams (i.e. updates on VERN).

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Expert knowledge in marketing support administration
  • Excellent communication skills, multinational experience preferred
  • Knowledge of finance and procurement processes preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience.
