- Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction within our dynamic F&B environment at Making Fine Group.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
- Manage and train staff, schedule shifts, and control costs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field required.
- Experience Level: A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of restaurant management and inventory management systems. Exceptional leadership abilities and a team player mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff schedules, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory levels. Train and mentor new staff members.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused attitude.
