What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in the review and evaluation of non-life insurance applications and proposals
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on policy terms, conditions, and pricing
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of underwriting activities and decisions
- Provide administrative support to the underwriting team as needed
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in non-life insurance underwriting or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
- Proficient in using insurance-related software and tools
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
