We are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor.

As a Stewarding Supervisor, We Rely On You To

• Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding section
• Supervision of the cleaning process, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all Food & Beverage areas in a manner consistent with the standards of the Resort.
• Ensures that staff adhere to the rules and regulations of the Resort
• Assists in the control of Food & Beverage divisional expenses by educating outlets on proper chemical usage, equipment handling, breakage cost and safety issues.
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Believes in teamwork
• Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
• A self-starter and a team player
