The purpose of this role is to enable the implementation of QBE Leadership and Learning agenda by delivering high-quality learning experiences for employees, partnering with external learning faculty, and supporting core offerings such as New Starter and QBE Way Customer programs. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design and deploy learning solutions, integrating People models for career development, and maintaining a network to stay updated on the future of learning and career development. Additionally, the role provides administrative support for learning management systems, acts as the primary contact for learning and development requirements, and coordinates learning events for a Division in alignment with business priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of enterprise & divisional views of capability needs.
- Support the planning and delivery of all learning initiatives, including developing annual learning plans and project plans.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships within the team, customer group, and external vendors.
- Manage end-to-end learning administration, including advertising programs, managing vendors, and tracking delivery milestones.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, legislation, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the success of learning and development activities.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and coordinate with Academy counterparts.
- Administer learning management systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Deliver solutions to support learning and leadership, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Research, design, and develop learning programs, demonstrating strong project management skills.
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Some relevant work experience.
- Commercially focused approach to delivering learning and career development outcomes.
- Track record of translating global and local People ambitions into tangible learning outcomes.
- Strong interest in developing people and creating high performing cultures.
- Experience working in a talent or learning team.
- Experience working in a project-based environment.
- Experience in analysing data.
- Experience in developing plans.
- Experienced in administrative support role in a global and complex organisation.
- Experienced in supporting learning delivery and broader People processes.
- Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand and/or Workday is desirable.
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
