Join Our Team as a Payroll Delivery Team Lead

In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely salary payments and statutory contributions for employees within your cluster. You’ll lead a team of payroll specialists, drive process standardization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless payroll experience.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

Operational Excellence

  • Deliver payroll services in line with KPIs, SLAs, and internal agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local payroll regulations and PMI standards.

Process Standardization & Governance

  • Lead payroll transitions from local markets to centralized delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and vendors to harmonize payroll processes.
  • Support governance activities across HR, Finance, and Risk functions.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality.
  • Partner with Global Mobility, Treasury, IT, and other internal stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Risk Management

  • Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and data.
  • Ensure business continuity plans are in place and tested.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of up to 10 payroll specialists.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Who We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, finance, or HR operations.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering results.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of employment tax and social insurance regulations.
  • Expertise in risk management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.
  • Service-oriented, collaborative, and a proactive change agent.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Generally Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, on a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days on-site.
  • Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
