Sr. Insights Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Insights Analyst who will provide high-quality insights, insightful media analysis, and research to our clients.  The SIA will also build and maintain solid client relationships by demonstrating strong industry knowledge.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the insights and analysis function for key accounts and projects.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Manage and analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for client projects.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients clearly and compellingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insights.

• Oversee the development and implementation of data analysis projects.
  • Define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines and resources.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts.
  • Guide and support junior analysts in their professional development.
  • Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help improve their analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ensure high-quality and consistent outputs from the team.
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Suggest and implement enhancements to existing analysis frameworks.
  • Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies in the field of data analysis.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcast Communication, Research, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Media, or any related courses.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analysis and insights role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
• Experience working with large data sets and using statistical analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and industry trends.
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the media monitoring or analysis industry.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
