Sales Account Executive

- Identify/create leads through the internet, project database and referrals (word-of-mouth);
- Maintaining existing and loyal clients;
- Creates and maintains client profile;
- Calls clients and establish contact relations;
- Visit client site and conduct sales pitch and product presentation;
- Coordinates progress of the project with the Operations;
- Visits account and ensure satisfaction on the progress of the project;
- Conduct post-project client satisfaction interview/survey to re-establish client relations.
- Attends to customer queries or concerns
- Prepares monthly Sales Projection report
- Graduate of Engineering, Architecture or related course
- Has great passion for sales and excellent customer service
- At least 2 years work related experience in sales
- Good in oral and written communication skills
