Contributes to the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement. Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity. Sr. Maintenance Engineer

About The Job
- Supervises the daily activities of a production team by monitoring productivity; accountable for the results of the team. Trains new team members on processes.
- Identifies areas for development and recommends ways to improve processes.
- Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point for contact.
- Implements change management initiatives to improve metrics and performance.
- May coach other supervisors in performance management decisions and provide input for performance reviews.
- Responsible for the machine performance (OEE, UPDT, Yield, Etc...)
- Technician Skill Level-Up and Improvement
- Drive Pokayoke Improvement and machine design weakness improvement
- Primarily handle the back end and the plating process
- Attend daily Production Meeting
- Education: Bachelor's or university degree
- 7+ years of Maintenance engineering (Testing and Plating process) experience, or at least 3 years in supervisory
- Knowledge of general accounting practices
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
