- Execute recruitment strategies to attract/hire the best talent, and fuel the growth of our business.
- Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build/maintain talent pools.
- Partner with hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles to address their talent needs.
- Full-cycle recruitment for specific functional areas and across all job levels.
- Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
- Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda across the market.
- Maintain good relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other relevant opportunities.
- Contribute to projects, programs, and initiatives towards improving the broader Talent Acquisition and People functions.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of in-house recruitment or onsite RPO experience.
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred.
- Well versed with Linkedin Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools
- Track record of high-volume recruitment across multiple functional areas.
- Maturity, strong relationship and consultative skills, with ability to influence, inform, and negotiate effectively.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
