The Social Media Specialist will support the creation, management, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to attract and convert qualified talents. As our resident Social Media Expert, you’ll have your finger on the pulse to help us produce content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience. Your passion for the digital world and love of social networking will make you an invaluable member of our team!

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

Marketing and Content Creation

  • Support the attraction and conversion of qualified talents through strategic external marketing campaigns and management of Quantrics NQX’s online community
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and internal communications teams to align strategies, support campaigns, and deliver winning results
  • Support production of high-quality photo and video assets and content creation
  • Alongside the creative team, ensure consistent branding and messaging on visual and written content, that aligns with corporate objectives

Channels and Community Management

  • Maintain social media calendar: publish engaging content across all platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns using data-driven decision-making

Reporting and Monitoring

  • Monitor social media channels for emerging trends, best practices, brand mentions, and engagement opportunities
  • Gather insights and analytics to assist in preparation of campaign, monthly, and ad hoc reports

Others

  • Support Recruitment Team in stakeholder / LGU relations campaigns
  • Perform other related tasks as required. Our approach is: we are a team and we are here to help each other out!

COMPETENCIES

Core Competencies

  • 1-3 years creating and managing digital campaigns on Meta Business Suite
  • Boundless creativity and a gift for visual storytelling
  • Basic graphic design, photo and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Copywriting skills: you know how to capture a reader’s attention and convey a clear message
  • Passion for Qmunity management

Qualifications

Educational Qualification/s

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Professional Qualification/s

  • Languages: English (working proficiency), Tagalog
  • 1-3 years creating content for digital platforms (photo, video, copywriting)
  • 1-3 years creating and managing digital campaigns (Meta Business Suite an asset)

Work Conditions

  • Full-Time, Hybrid Setup
  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Manila Time)
