The Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist, reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, will support and execute strategic recruitment plans to build talent pipelines for Quantrics. We're looking for someone who can promote roles, screen and assess candidates through Behavioral-based Interviews and testing, and close classes within SLAs for volume hiring. Ideal candidates are passionate about call center hiring and talent selection.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

  • Source and identify top-level talent through a variety of methods for volume hiring
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and manage the end-to-end interview process for top-tier talent
  • Facilitate behavioral-based interviews to ensure candidate alignment with organizational values and role requirements
  • Prepare and facilitate job offers, organize hiring classes, and finalize onboarding rosters in coordination with stakeholders
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, open house campaigns, employee referral drives, and community sourcing activities
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, hiring teams, and internal partners to ensure seamless recruitment experience
  • Monitor hiring progress to ensure alignment with business goals and scheduled training class timelines
  • Provide onboarding assistance in partnership with the HR Data Administration Team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

  • Strong interviewing skills, particularly in behavioral and structured interviews
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mass hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement
  • Time management and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to meet aggressive hiring targets and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Data-driven decision-making using recruitment metrics and dashboards
  • Adaptability to changing business demands and hiring priorities
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers and team leaders

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

  • Background in BPO or shared services industry recruitment
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and coordination
  • Ability to train or mentor junior recruiters or sourcing specialists
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or reporting tools for recruitment analytics

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in an international BPO setting
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Proficient in conducting behavioral-based interviews and administering assessments
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight hiring deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with organizing and executing recruitment events such as job fairs, open houses, and referral drives
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and sourcing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
