Role Overview
The Coordinator, Compensation & Benefits role primarily focuses on handling administrative and data entry tasks related to compensation and benefits within the HR system. This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of data input and maintenance for compensation and benefits records. This role will also assist in other compensation and benefits task as required by the team.

Professional Qualification/s
The Coordinator, Compensation & Benefits role primarily focuses on handling administrative and data entry tasks related to compensation and benefits within the HR system. This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of data input and maintenance for compensation and benefits records. This role will also assist in other compensation and benefits task as required by the team.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Process Compensation and Benefits data entry tasks in the UKG system, including but not limited to, uploading documents in employee profile, processing employee updates (i.e. movements, status change, etc.)
- Process Certificate of Employment and Final Pay documents request
- Maintain and organize C&B files and documents
- Answer employment verification and employee queries within capacity
- Process on-site concerns including HMO cards and government documents release
- Assist in performing BIR registration for company compliance (BIR 1902)
- Assist in preparing government documents (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR) on a per-request basis.
- Assist in processing monthly employment reports (enrollment and separation) to government agencies (SSS/Philhealth/HDMF)
- Assist in Compensation and Benefits tasks as required
- Coordinate regularly with various groups within the organization
- Other ad-hoc tasks, as required

- Proficient at Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential data and information
- Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
- Must have keen attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals
Professional Qualification/s
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in a Compensation and Benefits role
- Willing to work full-time, primarily daytime hours in a 24/7 operation (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required, depending on peak periods)
- Good performance and attendance reliability
