In this role, you will:
- Validate the completeness of purchase order requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Accurately enter orders into the business system in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with relevant functional teams or personnel to resolve order-related issues and ensure all customer instructions and requirements are properly followed.
- Expedite and escalate order concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing
- Conduct audit on processed orders of other team members.

- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
- 2.5 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management doing order entry, customer service, or administration.
- Specific knowledge of Business System tools such as Oracle, and email management tool.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
