In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing orders and transactions, coordinating customer requirements to other functional teams and providing essential operational support. In this role, you will:

  • Validate the completeness of purchase order requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accurately enter orders into the business system in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant functional teams or personnel to resolve order-related issues and ensure all customer instructions and requirements are properly followed.
  • Expedite and escalate order concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing
  • Conduct audit on processed orders of other team members.

For this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
  • 2.5 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management doing order entry, customer service, or administration.
  • Specific knowledge of Business System tools such as Oracle, and email management tool.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
