The Assistant Vice President OTT Digital Growth & Performance Marketing serves as the overall Marketing and Business Lead for the Over-The-Top (OTT) streaming and digital services segment. The role focuses on Performance Marketing, Subscriber Acquisition, Revenue Growth, and Return on Investment (ROI) optimization. This position leads and supervises managers responsible for digital live streaming, SVOD, and other subscription-based digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Vice President OTT Digital Growth & Performance Marketing serves as the overall Marketing and Business Lead for the Over-The-Top (OTT) streaming and digital services segment. The role focuses on Performance Marketing, Subscriber Acquisition, Revenue Growth, and Return on Investment (ROI) optimization. This position leads and supervises managers responsible for digital live streaming, SVOD, and other subscription-based digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scaling the OTT Portfolio
- Manage overall subscribers and revenue for all OTT brands, emphasizing subscriber acquisition and revenue growth.
- Drive lifetime value (LTV) uplift through retention, engagement, and upsell strategies.
- Lead product journey and roadmap management with the Product Team to ensure an optimized end-to-end subscriber experience and product evolution.
- Manage content strategy and portfolio management, ensuring efficient content curation and high consumer relevance.
- Ensure effective and cost-efficient execution of advertising & promotion (A&P) campaigns.
- Identify and develop distribution partnerships in high-potential markets, providing them with the right products and programs.
- Utilize data-driven insights from market trends, consumer behavior, and usage patterns to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead business modeling, budgeting, and performance monitoring for OTT services.
- Effectively manage the OTT business team and external partners to achieve key business objectives.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing and/or product management experience.
- Telecom or digital services experience is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital performance marketing and growth hacking.
- Proven record in leading business teams, achieving subscriber and revenue growth, and identifying monetization opportunities.
- Experience with P&L ownership.
- Strong strategic business planning and execution skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Graduate-level education is an advantage.
