The Solutions Consulting Manager supports pre-sales, solutions development, and manages the organization's information security and technology needs. This role includes technology stack audits, solutions proposals, onboarding new platform partners like HubSpot, Monday.com, and Adobe as well as mentoring and managing Technology Evangelists. They ensure that the team is trained in information security and familiar with the tools used while working closely with sales to drive new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Tech Stack Audits & Solutions Development: Conduct comprehensive audits of client technology needs and develop customized solutions using HubSpot, Monday.com, and other platforms to drive client success and business growth.
  2. Pre-sales Support & Product Demonstrations: Provide technical expertise and lead product demonstrations to support the sales team in closing deals, ensuring that client needs are addressed effectively through platform solutions.
  3. Onboarding & Client Implementation: Oversee the seamless onboarding and implementation process for HubSpot and Monday.com, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
  4. Mentorship & Skills Development: Manage and mentor the Technology Evangelist team, fostering skill development and certifications to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent service excellence.
  5. Information Security & Technology Management: Ensure the organization's information security compliance, manage technology subscriptions, and provide the necessary tools and training for the team to operate securely and efficiently.
  6. Collaboration with Sales & Platform Partners: Partner with the sales team and global platform partners to identify new business opportunities, maintain certifications, and drive product innovation and adoption.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Technology Management or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a technology-related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position (Head of Innovation, CTO, or similar role).
  • Strong experience in pre-sales, technical solutions development, and product demonstrations, preferably with platforms like HubSpot, Adobe, and Autodesk.
  • Proven track record of driving successful client engagements and developing technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience managing or overseeing information security, with a solid understanding of security frameworks, data protection, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience working with global technical teams and managing platform partnerships.
  • Experience mentoring technical teams, developing skills, and managing talent growth.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of tech stack auditing, solutions development, and managing SaaS tools and subscriptions.
  • Proficient in product presentations and demonstrations, particularly with HubSpot, Adobe, and Autodesk products.
  • Strong knowledge of information security standards, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST, and experience implementing infosec policies and practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot), cloud technologies, and data management solutions.
  • Technical certification in relevant platforms (HubSpot, Adobe, Autodesk, etc.) is highly preferred.

Leadership & Management Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver on time and within scope.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to drive innovation and business growth.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience engaging with platform partners and managing contracts.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
