The Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Develops and operationalizes restaurant systems (ROS and ARS) for off-premises channels that are aimed to enhance the overall customer experience with the brand.
- Provides recommendations on ROS and ARS enhancements and identifies priority areas to develop more efficient restaurant systems.
- Orchestrates the various resources needed to solve restaurant systems problems in the most efficient and timely manner, optimizing the appropriate communication channels for long-term resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in using simulation tools such AnyLogic, ProModel, FlexSim, MATLAB.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
