ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overseeing a company’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies.
- Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online
- manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Google +, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
- Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles).
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Qualifications:
- Willing to work on site & willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong Office
- Has background in digital marketing. Knows how to post and create FB and IG content. Knowledgeable in all other social media platforms.
- Must be creative, highly driven, results oriented.
