Data Scientist

Role Overview:

The Data Scientist analyzes complex datasets to extract insights, develops predictive models, and collaborates with machine learning engineers to deploy these models, driving data-driven decision-making within the AI capability

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy models into production
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Create data visualizations to convey insights
• Stay updated on the latest data science techniques and tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in data science and statistical analysis
• Proficiency with programming languages; Python coding skills a must
• Experience with statistical methods, interpreting models, hypotheses testing, confidence intervals, probability distribution
• Experience with machine learning concepts, model evaluation, regularization, bias-variance tradeoffs
• End to end model experience, from data prep and model building to validation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights
