Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as Social Media Coordinator

• Develop and support the execution of a cross-platform social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including captions, images, videos, and stories
• Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to align social content with broader campaigns and messaging
• Actively engage with followers through comments, DMs, and mentions to build relationships and drive brand loyalty
• Monitor and participate in conversations relevant to the brand’s industry or niche to boost visibility and community growth

• What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

● At least 6 months of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or community management

● Strong knowledge of key social platforms, tools, algorithms, and trends

● Good copywriting and communication skills

● Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

● Experience in lifestyle, beauty, photography, or design fields is a plus
