Position: Shipping and Order Management Clerk

Duties -
- Weekly management of outstanding purchase orders to ensure on time shipping
- Booking of international freight movements, both FCL and LCL cargo
- Checking of draft shipping documents prior to vessel departure OR delivery to CFS
- Chasing outstanding paperwork from suppliers in a timely manner
- Processing and approval of final shipping documents for the relevant destination country
- Submitting shipping documents to customs brokers and international freight forwarders
- Producing and personalizing customer facing paperwork in their required format
- Daily administrative work to keep records updated
- Communicate regularly with Buying Team on order or shipping updates
- Where necessary, keeping all customer portals up to date
- Escalating booking issues or space concerns to the Shipping & Buying Teams
- Using system prompts to manage your workload and prepare for upcoming stock movements
- Strong literacy with Microsoft Office. Particularly in Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience with shipping portals (K&N, Expeditors, Geodis, Yusen etc) is preferred but not essential
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or order fulfillment is preferred
- General knowledge and idea on supply chain, import and export is a plus
