- Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients.
- Create detailed reports on service activities and equipment performance.
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for clients on equipment usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service offerings.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- Must be licensed technician of any engineering discipline (BSECE, BSEE, BSME)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in service engineering or field support.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and skilled in demonstration and presentation techniques.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
