JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using order slips and encode to POS ordering software.
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
- Ensures knowledge of menu items by attending product knowledge sessions and reviewing product updates including if possible, the manner of preparation for each menu item.
- Confirms satisfaction by directly asking guests and coordinating appropriate action where needed.
- Ensures tables are fully set up before seating the guests.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the assigned station.
- Assists in cleaning and resetting tables and clears soiled plates in accordance with set standards whenever appropriate.
